Installation Position: Bolts into vertical inner side walls (Drilling Required)

Installation: Assemble side wing clamps, center clamps, guardrails and other frame parts into the complete bed extender first using matching bolts, nuts and washers. Mark drilling positions on the truck bed, drill mounting holes to fix zinc base brackets and D-rings onto the cargo bed. Mount the assembled extender frame to the pre-installed bases, lock the structure with locking pins; install storage brackets for idle frame storage. Keep fasteners loosely tightened during pre-assembly for position adjustment, fully torque all bolts after alignment is confirmed.

Notes: Read full installation guidance thoroughly before construction; professional installation is strongly required since drilling on truck bed panel is required. Check all supplied hardware upon unpacking, contact supplier promptly for missing or damaged parts. Periodically inspect and retighten mounting fasteners during usage. This bed extender is designed to expand cargo carrying space and secure loads inside truck beds. The manufacturer shall not be liable for paint abrasion, bed deformation, cargo falling or personal injury caused by improper drilling, faulty assembly, overloading, insufficient bolt torque and neglected routine hardware maintenance.
