Installation: Clean vehicle roof surface and sort out all roof rack accessories before installation. Fasten mounting clips onto the factory roof rails first, keep all bolts loosely tightened for position adjustment. Mount curved rubber strips on mounting brackets, then install front cross member, numbered transverse bars and rear cross member sequentially with matched bolts, flat washers and spring washers. After all components are aligned properly, fully torque all fasteners. Mount 4 LED spotlights on the front crossbar to finish the whole installation. Prepare 12mm, 13mm wrenches, 4mm and 5mm Allen wrenches for on-site assembly work.

Notes: Read full pre-installation instructions thoroughly before construction; professional installation is highly recommended. Check all supplied hardware upon package receipt, take photos and contact seller for missing or damaged parts. Regularly inspect and retighten mounting bolts during daily use, avoid exceeding rated roof load capacity when loading cargo. The attached rubber strips serve for scratch protection and vibration reduction between rack and vehicle paint. The manufacturer shall not be liable for paint abrasion, roof deformation, cargo falling or personal injury caused by improper installation, overloading, insufficient bolt torque and neglected routine hardware inspection.
