Installation: First remove original side pedals, turn signal lamps and factory fender mounting bolts with 13mm socket wrench, retain reusable stock bolts for subsequent assembly. Make marking templates, draw cutting lines on original fender strictly per specified dimensional requirements, cut off redundant fender metal sections with angle grinder, then take away the trimmed factory fender parts. Fit the new fender onto vehicle body; grind extra material of original fender if poor fitting occurs. Reinstall reserved factory bolts for preliminary fixation, drill mounting holes on new fender using required drill bits, then fasten all positions with supplied M10 bolts, nuts, flat washers as well as matching hardware to finish installation.

Important Warning: This is shorty replacement steel fender. Vehicle OEM fender cutting & grinding is REQUIRED during installation. This is irreversible modification, the cut factory sheet metal cannot be restored. Professional off-road shop installation is mandatory.

Wear protective goggles, gloves and other safety gear during cutting and grinding to avoid personal injury. Check all supplied hardware before installation, periodically inspect and retighten mounting fasteners during daily vehicle use. This product is mainly for decorative wheel arch modification and cannot provide body impact protection.
