Installation: Check all parts and fasteners after unpacking. Assemble curved tubes, support brackets and the upper cargo rack with included hardware, keep bolts loosely tightened for position adjustment during pre-assembly. Stick EVA protective tape to base contact areas to avoid paint abrasion. Lift the fully assembled rack with two workers, mount it onto the truck bed; insert nut plates inside bed rails, fasten base brackets to factory rail mounting positions. Adjust overall alignment, then torque all bolts to complete installation. Required tools include 8-22mm sockets, 4-10mm allen keys and impact gun; the rack fits truck bed width of 55.91" to 59.84".

Notes: Read the full installation manual before operation; inspect all hardware on unpacking, contact your supplier promptly for missing or damaged parts. Two workers are required to move the heavy rack to prevent personal injury or paint damage. Never over-tighten bolts to avoid thread damage or bed rail deformation. This product is mainly for decoration and cargo storage, not crash protection; the manufacturer shall not be liable for injury or vehicle damage caused by improper installation, excessive bolt torque or neglected regular bolt inspection. Check and retighten mounting bolts periodically in daily use.
