Installation:
Assemble the two rack assemblies and attach the removable mounting feet using the supplied hardware. Position the front and rear assemblies at the desired mounting locations and adjust their height and width.
For the side-bar configuration, connect the four adjustable side bars between the front and rear assemblies and adjust their length.
Secure the rack using a suitable mounting method based on the truck bed rail structure.
Installation Requirements:
Basic hand tools required. Approximate installation time: 1.5–2 hours, depending on the vehicle and mounting method.
Mounting Options:
Standard Bed Rack: Secure the removable feet to suitable bed rails using the supplied bolts and nuts. Drilling requirements depend on the mounting surface. No-drill installation is not guaranteed.
Bed Rack with Side Connecting Bars: Standard mounting typically requires drilling into the bed rail lip.
Direct Drill-On Mounting: Both configurations can be mounted by removing the feet and bolting the rack frame directly to a flat, weight-bearing rail surface. Verify hole spacing, mounting area and load capacity before drilling.
T-Slot Mounting: Possible only with compatible tonneau cover top rails. Verify track spacing, attachment points, load capacity and cover clearance. T-slot mounting hardware is not included.
Notes:
Check all mounting points and fasteners before driving. Periodically inspect and retighten mounting hardware.
