Installation: Drilling Required on Bed Rails

Installation: Assemble separate mid-roof plate, side plates, height adapter pieces and rear armrests into complete roll bar assembly using matched bolts, washers and spring washers first. Drill 8 mounting holes on truck bed as required, then fasten the assembled roll bar onto truck bed via specialized embedded mounting hardware to finish installation. Keep fasteners loosely tightened during preliminary assembly for position adjustment, fully torque all bolts after all components align properly.

Notes: Read the full installation manual carefully before construction; professional installation is strongly required since drilling on truck bed panel is included in the workflow. Inspect all supplied hardware after unpacking, contact the supplier promptly for missing or damaged parts. Carry out periodic inspection and re-tightening of mounting bolts during usage. This product is mainly used for pickup bed exterior modification and cargo mounting expansion, it cannot serve as vehicle safety roll cage for crash protection. The manufacturer shall not be liable for paint damage, truck bed structural deformation, cargo falling or personal injury caused by improper drilling, incorrect assembly, overloading, insufficient bolt torque and neglected routine hardware maintenance.
