Our policy is designed to be fair, straightforward, and hassle-free—just like the trails we love.
HOW RETURNS WORK
To start a return, submit your request here to request a prepaid shipping label.
We’ll email your label within 1 business day after review, and you can drop off your package at any major carrier location.
The label already includes our warehouse return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund immediately.
Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEE RESPONSIBILITIES
We’ve broken down costs clearly below so there are no surprises.
1. Within 30 Days of Delivery: Manufacturing Defects
If your item has a manufacturing defect (excludes damage caused during shipping), you may return it for a free repair or full replacement.
Requirements: Item must be unopened, in brand-new condition, and free of scratches or modifications.
We cover: 100% of return shipping costs.
2. Within 30 Days of Delivery: No-Reason Returns
We understand plans change.
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Requirements: Item must be unopened and in resellable condition.
Fees apply as follows after inspection:
- Item arrives with no scratches/damage: You pay return shipping + 5% restocking fee
- Item arrives with minor scratches/damage: You pay return shipping + 20% restocking fee
3. After 30 Days of Delivery
We still stand behind our products long after delivery.
We offer free lifetime repairs for manufacturing issues.
You cover: Return shipping to our warehouse + shipping cost for the repaired item back to you.
