Installation: Remove the original factory fender flares first. Bend and mount the included drilling sheets onto vehicle body at preset positions. Mark drilling spots, drill mounting holes with an 11mm drill bit, then install rivet nuts via pneumatic rivet nut tool. Align the new fender flares with pre-installed rivet nuts, fasten all bolts, washers and lock nuts to secure the wheel arches fully. Repeat the whole installation workflow for the other side fender flare to finish assembly. Keep fasteners loosely tightened during preliminary fitting for position adjustment, torque all hardware to proper tension once alignment is confirmed.

Notes: Read through the full installation manual carefully before starting construction. Check all supplied hardware after unpacking, contact your supplier promptly if parts are missing or damaged. This product is mainly designed for decorative use only and cannot function as vehicle safety protection components. Drilling on vehicle body panels is required for installation; paint damage, sheet metal deformation, part detachment or personal injury caused by improper drilling, incorrect assembly, insufficient bolt torque and lack of periodic hardware inspection will not be covered by manufacturer liability. Inspect and retighten mounting fasteners regularly during daily use.
