These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DAKROVA’s products, services, and website. By accessing our platform or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Products & Services

DAKROVA specializes in high-performance off-road modifications and automotive aftermarket solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Protection: Front & Rear Bumpers, Bull Bars, and Skid Plates.

  • Exterior Modifications: Running Boards, Fenders, Roll Cages, and Spare Tire Carriers.

  • Cargo & Utility: Roof Racks, Cross Bars, Bed Extenders, and Tow Hitches.

  • Accessories: License Plate Frames, Molle Panels, and related hardware.

Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree not to misuse our platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Product Warranty

Our products are backed by the DAKROVA Lifetime Commitment against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, racing, accidents, or extreme abuse beyond intended off-road use.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by our support team. For detailed instructions, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to the DAKROVA and R-MOR trademarks, logos, industrial designs, proprietary photography, and text—is the exclusive property of DAKROVA. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or data scraping of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

DAKROVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or installation of our products. Vehicle modification involves inherent risks; DAKROVA’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Users assume all risk associated with the modification of their vehicles.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of DAKROVA products shall be resolved through the competent courts in Foshan, China.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
